He’s worked as an agent to multinational Ad agencies, and Head of Marketing for the Ghana branch of the UK brand Frosty Jack Cider.  He’s been a branding team lead for multinational companies such as Vodafone, Airtel, T&J Electricals UK and Diageo.

With passion for entrepreneurship, he founded West Pharm Ltd in 2008 and rebranded the company in 2011 to NMJ GHANA, he served as the CEO of the company and under his strategic leadership has made NMJ GHANA, a household name in the industry as the number one pan Ghana branding agency.

The drive and passion for events made him to establish Africa’s most prestigious film awards, the Golden Movie Awards Africa and also a business excellence award scheme for Ghanaian businesses, the Gold Coast Excellence Awards.

With the committment to share love for humanity and to see the well- being of all humans, he established an NGO called the Michaels Family Initiative in 2017, an NGO which has supported people in key areas such as education and health through educational scholarships and infrastructural support for community schools, as well as enrolling women and children onto the National Health Insurance scheme respectively.
