I’ve slowed down on smoking, I’m matured now- Kwaw Kese

Award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Kwaw Kese has stated that now that he’s a “mature” man, he has slowed down on some of the things he used to do when he was in his prime.

The “Abodam” rapper, who is known for his smoking, a habit that landed him in jail a couple of years ago, in a new interview with Andy Dosty, revealed that he has toned down on it now.

According to Kwaw Kese, he has taken a break from smoking and his all round craziness.

“Now, I have taken a break. Now I am a mature man, I am grown, I have kids. I have slowed down on some things. I was crazy, now the craziness has toned down. Now it is a beautiful madness,” he told Andy Dosty.

When asked if his wife of six years is okay with his smoking habits, he responded;

“I was doing it before she came into my life. She knew I was doing it so she couldn’t complain. She doesn’t support it but that is my thing. I was doing it before I met her and when I met her I was still doing it. The whole world knows that I smoked but now I have toned it down.”
