3 Policemen attacked my Uber driver with pepper spray for 'overtaking'- witness from trending video 3 Policemen attacked my Uber driver with pepper spray for ‘overtaking’- witness from trending video[/caption] A trending video of three policemen assaulting an Uber driver surfaced over the weekend and left many wondering what actually sparked the actions of the security personnel. Taking to Twitter to narrate the ordeal, a passenger in the attacked driver’s car indicate the driver was on the wrong side of the law as he tried overtaking other cars on the road.

The attack which happened on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Sowutuom, a suburb in Accra saw  the three police officers trying to arrest the driver of a blue Suzuki Alto. The “well-built” driver, who tried to resist the arrest, was dragged out of his car by the officers, leading to a fracas between them.
