33 years later, Stephanie Benson and her husband are very much still in love

UK- Based Ghanaian International singer/performer Stephanie Benson and  her husband, Jonathan are celebrating 33 good years of marriage today.

The jazz singer and her husband got married exactly 33 years ago on this day, June 17th, and have been blessed with 5 beautiful children.

In an Instagram post, Mrs Benson, shared a sweet video accompanied by a sweet message to her lucky husband.

“It’s my 33rd Anniversary today.💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾.Most say he’s a lucky man, and
I say he’s the reason my luck began. It’s my job to put a smile on his face, and It’s his job to make me feel safe in his embrace. Marriage is trusting in yours and God s decision to commit to only one, forever. I have loved him for 34yrs and will continue for 34 more.❤️I’m sorry we had to cancel our trip but I’ll make it up to you,” she captioned the video.

Over the years, Stephanie and Jonathan have shared nuggets of their beautiful marriage on social media. Their relationship and how they navigate their everyday life has been a thing of admiration for many.

Stephanie Benson, is the older sister of Ghanaian highlife singer, Akosua Agyapong.

Since the release her first single, “Now is the Time”, which placed her in the top 20 on UK dance charts, she has collaborated with several international stars including Stevie Wonder.

Since moving back to Ghana, Benson has released a number of albums, including Different Kind of Heaven, What are you doing with your life and Friend in 2015, as well as Dear Lord and I am worth it in 2016.

Stephanie Benson is a survivor of Breast Cancer and has dedicated her time to help women going through the disease.
