Ne-Yo leaves Edem hanging after SA concert

Ghanaian rapper, Edem was recently swerved by American R&B superstar, NE-YO at a music concert in South Africa after performing for about 40 minutes on stage. The concert which was dubbed ‘The Malibu Red NE-YO Concert’ in Johannesburg for Malibu Rum launch. Edem, who was assured of meeting Ne-Yo by the Creative Director  for Malibu was disappointed as he was whisked into a plane to Paris for another Concert. The rapper said that they were to have a private meeting concerning Malibu and to also have a personal interaction with Ne-Yo. “I waited for NE-YO and his management in the hotel where we were supposed to have the meeting only to hear he boarded a flight to Paris. His abrupt departure didn’t make sense to me since I was told the meeting had been scheduled with him after his performance on stage with artiste from other countries.” However, Edem was optimistic that another meeting will be scheduled with NE-YO to finalize their deals since the first wasn’t a success.  ]]>
