Activities for Year of Return are not concentrated only in Accra - Deputy Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture

The Deputy Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Dr Ziblim Barri Iddi has cleared some misconceptions that key activities for the Year of Return are centred in the capital city, Accra.

As a matter of fact, we have a lot of our activities in the Central Region. We did PANAFEST and Emancipation Day and Cape Coast. The guests that are in Ghana for the James Town to James Town festivities will also visit Cape Coast and Kumasi, where they will celebrate Akwasidea with the Ashantihene,” explained Dr Iddi.
