Adele has become a mother. Though she is remaining “mum” on the details, the singer reportedly gave birth to a baby boy on Friday night. “We are not releasing a statement at this time,” Adele’s publicist said following enquiries by Us Weekly and the Daily Mail. But several papers confirmed the happy, healthy birth – the first for Adele, who is 24. The singer’s partner is 38-year-old Simon Konecki.
Adele announced her pregnancy in July, in a post on her website. “Obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time,” she wrote.
