Yaw Tony is a Ghanaian-Canadian artist/designer based in Toronto and founder of LLiM (Life Liveth In Me), a high fashion luxury goods manufacturer.

It is an Online facts collection site that specializes in scarves, textile designs, and lifestyle accessories. LLiM (Life Liveth In Me) is a design/artistic brand dedicated to the creation of inimitable quality products.

“The eclectic colourful visual journeys are one of the indubitably, resplendently features of the brand: which won me the feature cover of Designlines 2018, Azure; 10 Canadian Talents We Loved at IDS Toronto and DesignTO, 2019, Designlines; 10 Rising Canadian Design Studios to Watch in 2019,” comments Yaw Tony.

He adds: “Our first unveiling to the world will be the inauguration of our scarves. Our philosophical design underlines are influenced by the sophisticated details of African adages amalgam with the Western Culture. It is the “gameo” – “gem” – “marriage”, the fusion of two distinct elements into one. All the patterns, motifs and details are first hand drawn, and then transferred into colours to give it form and life (stories). “

The final manufacturing operations of the designs are digitally printed or screen-printed and are hand or machine hemmed in England on luxurious finer silks. Each scarf design is embodied with intricate patterns, art and rich stories that speak to its owner.
