Afriyie Wutah set to drop another solo
Highlife sensation, Afriyie Wutah is set to serenade the ears of music lovers with a banger titled “Why.” The mid-tempo track produced by DDT, tells the story of a man in love who after showering his woman, with whatever she needs doesn’t seem content. Afriyie Wutah,a member of the group Wutah is set to drop his first single after the group historic comeback.
Following a similar beat pattern like “Bronya,” Afriyie Wutah brings to the fore his powerful voice that has between 2006 and 2016, earned him nominations in the best male vocal category in Ghanaian Music Awards, that of which he won in 2010.
In the past, he has released amazing and award-winning songs which has cemented his position as a colossus of contemporary highlife music.
The “Why” track expected to be released in a few days is on the label, Wutah Family International (WFI).
Afriyie Wutah,is currently in the United Kingdom promoting the “why” track. A fortnight ago, he bagged two awards, Highlife Group of the year and Highlife Song of the year in the 2018 Ghana Music Awards UK.
