AFRO CARIBBEAN NIGHT: MEETING WITH THE PRIME MINISTER OF GRENADA
As part of the inaugural 3-day event Afro Caribbean night held in Grenada produced by Ifactorylive Africa and Mace productions.
Michael Djaba of IfactoryLive along with Ambassador Richard Allan Nixon held a business brunch which included follow up discussions with his excellency Dickon Mitchell the Prime Minister of Grenada.
Dr Nadia Adongo Fynn deputy director of the diaspora affairs office of the president of Ghana was in attendance along with Arian Simone co founder of the fearless Fund.
Dr Nadia said “Having the opportunity to converse with His Excellency Dickon Mitchell, the Prime Minister of Grenada, was a remarkable privilege. Our dialogue encompassed the exploration of strategies aimed at motivating members of the Grenadian Diaspora to return to their native land and play a pivotal role in the nation’s economic progress, aligning with our government’s initiativesMy visit to Grenada brought immense joy and I can’t wait to return.”
Michael Djaba said “Ambassador Richard Nixon and myself are enthusiastic about building on our existing partnership which reflects Ghana and Grenada working together and our bigger picture of building and nurturing ties within the Caribbean region.
The inaugural AFRO CARIBBEAN NIGHT held on Saturday 28th October at the Grenada National stadium with artists including Emmy nominated actor and singer Rotimi, Ghanaian Afrobeats star Kidi, Grenadian talent Luni Sparks & Electrify,Thamara Songbird & Amapiano DJ Skyla Tylaa and more.
