Celebrated Kumawood actor, Akwasi Boadi, popularly known as Akrobeto, has said that his humble lifestyle is the main reason why he’s still relevant in the Ghanaian movie industry.

“If you are not humble no one will want to work with you and humility has always been my hallmark. I eat any food I am given on set and sleep comfortably in hotels some of my colleagues complain about.

“My spiritual father, Apostle Kojo Safo, always told me to be humble and the advice he gave me about 40 years ago has brought me where I am now,” the 58-year-old actor said.

According to actor, although some of the movie producers can be annoying sometimes, he is still able to work with everyone and he has not had any problem with anyone so far.

“Some of my colleagues will easily walk off set if they are not treated well but I have never done such a thing before because I can tolerate anything,” he said.

Akrobeto has featured in over 300 movies some of which are Onipa Awieye, Don’t Break My Heart, The Tyrant King, Enemy Within, Efie Bia Amanea Wom, My Brother Is Rich, Back To School Again and Nipa Nua Ne Nipa.
