Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 5Kuami Eugene has finally launched his debut album, ‘Rockstar’. The multitalented Lynx Entertainment signee had a massive album launch concert on Saturday, December 16 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium with thousands of music fanatics trooping to the event just to have a feel of his craft. According to a Zionfelix.net report, the event had several up and coming artistes warming up the stage for the big guys in the game to bless their fans with great performances. Amerado who kicked off the game for the renowned artistes who performed on the night jumped on stage around 12 midnight with charged energy. Right after him were several musicians like Dope Nation, Ypee and others before the man of the night, Kuami Eugene. The Angela hitmaker after hitting the stage to perform some of his popular tunes invited on stage some of his colleagues he has worked on a song with to support him. Strongman, Adina, Kwesi Arthur, Kidi, Okyeame Kwame, Tic and many other musicians are part of the tall lists of artistes who jumped on stage to help Kuami Eugene entertain the hundreds of fans who paid to attend the Rockstar music concert. The Rockstar album which was launched on December 15 is a 13 track piece with several hit songs and features. Kuami Eugene decided to say goodbye to his fans who came out to support him and enjoy themselves with an epic climax. The VGMA new artist of the year decided to re-enact the visual he did for his ‘Wish Me Well’ video live on stage to the delight of his fans and music lovers who gathered at the VIP car park of the Baby Yare Sports Stadium for the event. The born rock star who was earlier spotted in an all-black attire from the start of the show decided to change into something else for this particular display. The silky voice musician was spotted in a red ‘Rock Star’ jacket this time and as fans were eager to see what he had in store for them, the lights went brighter and suddenly showers of ‘rain’ were seen coming down on Kuami Eugene, just like was seen in the ‘Wish Me Well’ video. This stage craft put up by the musician got all his fans who were gathered there happy and singing along to the song at the top of the voices. https://www.instagram.com/p/Brcfa4Aglus/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 1 Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 2 Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 3 Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 4 Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 6 Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 7 Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 8 Kuami Eugenes Rockstar album launch at Baba Yara Sports Stadium 9]]>

The Dade Y3l3yeli Shifoo and Asafo Tutswaa, affectionately known as Dade Tutswaa, stands as a vibrant annual festival that resonates deeply within the heart of Osu, one of the seven traditional Ga-Dangme paramountcies in Ghana. This captivating festival is a tribute to both the military prowess of the Osu people and their ancestral deity, Dade, revered for its historical role in ancient warfare.

At its core, the Dade Tutswaa Festival serves as a unifying force, bringing together all four divisions of Osu: Kinkanwe, Ashinte, Alata, and Anorhor Guided by the Kinkanwe Asafo, the festival’s grand procession travels through each division, then final ending at Kinkanwe. This captivating journey meanders through the heart of Osu, paying homage to traditional homes and sites of significant historical importance.

As the procession weaves through the community, the revered flags of Kinkanwe: Antoa and Akonfode lead the way, accompanied by the Asafoiats3m3i (the Asafo captains), traditional leaders and community members. The procession goes into the Osu Castle, which has various traditional elements within that predate the building of the castle. It also visits ancient homes throughout the traditional area of the township. In every division that the procession arrives, the leading men and women offer drinks to the procession, the diety, and the Asafo.

On Saturday, the dominant color is red with a touch of white, and on Sunday, the dominant color is white with a touch of red.

This not only announces the festival’s arrival but also invites these homes to prepare for the Asafo warriors and the revered deity’s visitation. The lead figures of the festival, led by the Nii Shippi Nkpa (the battlefield commander), Dzaase Asafoats3 Nii Tempong Sarpei III (senior captain), alongside Asafoats3 Brenya under the Antoa flag, and Asafoats3 Dzahene under the Akomfode flag, ensure the festival’s seamless celebration.
