BULLET GIVES FULL COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP TO EBONY’S DAD AFTER BACKLASH

Ricky Nana Agyeman polpularly known as Bullet, CEO of ruff town records has come out to respond to late singer Ebony’s father who has been accusing him of not receiving enough royalties from the label. Nana Opoku Kwarteng recently claimed he only received two thousand ghana cedis from his daughter tribute concert. Apparently all of these comments and accusations weren’t sitting well with the ruff town records CEO and he responded with a vengeance. According to bullet he wrote and own 95 percent of ebony’s album. By law ebony is supposed to earn between 10-20 percent royalties but he gave her 40percent. Bullet said ” Few weeks ago you received 9300 us dollars from online royalties and you still going round saying bullet is cheating when I have given u 40percent of my own right instead of 10 or 20percent?” he queried again. Bullet also stated that he will be washing his hands off of all ebony’s unreleased songs and that he will give full rights to the father, bear in mind the songs that he will be given full rights to are the songs ebony wrote herself, all songs written by Bullet will still remain the intellectual rights of Bullet. And from here on ruff town records will NOT be releasing any unreleased songs from the late singer. Not so good news for ebony fans, we could only wish the two parties work something out for the benefit of the fans who misses her beautiful vocals.
