Asake’s Performance On ‘The Tonight Show’ Made Me Smile So Much- SIMI

One of Nigeria’s fascinating music goddess, Simisola Bolatito Kosoko, popularly known as Simi, has hailed Asake, her colleague in the music industry, for his captivating performance Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show.
The singer’s comment comes after Asake performed his Hit songs ‘Yoga’ and ‘Organise’ on the Tonight Show on Monday, March 13. The performance has since been met with admiration and praises from his fans and colleagues in the music fraternity.
Simi, who is also an actress and a song writer on Tuesday, March 14 took to her twitter account to express her joy after watching her colleague perform. In the words of the beautiful singer, ‘Asake’s performance on The Tonight Show made me smile so much,’ she stated.

As explained the ‘Duduke’ hitmaker, Asake’s music is so unique and very representative of the people of Nigeria. According to her, it is hard to mimic the performance and she loves to him on international stages.
Asake’s appearance on The Tonight Show makes him one of the very few Nigerian musicians who have performed on the Show. Davido, Wizkid, Tems amongst others are few people from Nigeria who have appeared on the show.
