Black Sherif’s “Oh Paradise” song is a tribute to his late high school first love, Tina

If there’s one thing we’ve come to learn about Black Sherif, he sings/raps from personal experiences and real life events.

It is therefore not surprising that the 12th track on his first studio album, “The Villain I Never Was” reveals his experience with the death of a loved one.

According to Citi TV Journalist, Olele Salvador, in “Oh Paradise,” Blacko is singing about his first love, Tina.

Clementina and Black Sherif reportedly dated briefly in high school before her untimely death at just age 17.

In “Oh Paradise” Blacko is heartbroken, confused and hurt that his only one true love just up and left after they promised to stick together.

Although Blacko misses her terribly, he wishes her rest in paradise and promises her that he will be fine.
