The Indigen Theatre Company, a new entity that seeks to bring the wonder of musical theatre to life within a Ghanaian context, is staging its inaugural production ‘Born For This’, an original musical by Vako Tamaklo. ‘Born For This’ links the stories of three dominant Bible Characters- Ruth, David and Esther- in a fresh new way, bringing their journeys to life through the colour of music, dance and prose, and resonating the deepest cry of the human soul; Why Am I here? You are here for a purpose. You were made to fulfill destiny.
