Stacy and Okyeame Quophi’s Daughter, Calista Amoateng to represent Ghana at Miss Teen Tourism

Calista Amoateng, daughter of media personalities Stacy Amoateng and Okyeame Quophi, will represent Ghana at the 2022 Mr. and Miss Teen Tourism event to be held in the Philippines.

Making the announcement on social media, she wrote:

“It is my pleasure to announce that I am representing Ghana at Miss Teen Tourism International in the Philippines. A big thank you to the country director, Madam Evelyn Akoto and her team. I am looking forward to flying high the flag of my motherland Ghana. Thank you to everyone , you are part of this success story”

The talented rapper who has a great love for the arts is seeking to make the nation proud as she hopes to be the winner of the event which will be completed by several beauty pageants from across the globe.

Mr. and Miss Tourism events are one of the most influential beauty pageants that grooms young ladies to be abreast with their country’s culture and traditions.

The 3rd edition of the event will be held in Manila, the Philippines from July 28 to August 6, 2022.

The 16-year-old first-year student of the Achimota School was selected to represent Ghana after she emerged as the winner of the Miss Tourism Ghana 2022. She is also an actress and a model and has featured in television several TV commercials.

Young Calista, seeking to make it big on the world stage, has a talent in drawing, make-up artistry, and hair styling. She is perusing Visual Arts majoring in Graphic Design, jewelry, and General Knowledge in Arts.

She is fluent in English, Korean, and Twi. Calista has won several awards including Emerging Artist of the Year at Africa Business and Arts Awards 2021; Emerging Artiste of the Year – Emerging Music Awards 2020 ad New Artiste of the Year – Ghana Social Media, Business and Creative Arts Awards 2020.
