CodeLn Launches Remote CodeLn to Help Companies Track their Freelancer’s Task During Product Development

CodeLn​, a pan-African online talent marketplace has launched ​Remote CodeLn​, an online platform that helps companies to manage their freelancers and track their product development tasks throughout the product development process.

Since the COVID Pandemic, the request for freelancers has heightened and some companies are beginning to adopt the uncommon remote workforce model but this comes with peculiar challenges. CodeLn identified an opportunity to make the adoption of the Gig Workforce seamless for companies.

It’s new platform, ​Remote CodeLn​ is an innovative platform that helps companies/individuals to post their tech project, receive bids from freelancers, pick from verified bidders, draft product development contract, assign/manage product development tasks, pay freelancers in tranches based on milestones completed, all without leaving the platform. Both the company and the programmer set tasks and timeline for each milestone which is documented in a contract. The platform stands as an intermediary between both parties and guarantees that milestones are completed before payment is done as the funds are kept in escrow.
