Excellent genes and a clear conscience- Prof. Kaufmann’s secret to her youthful glow

Although Ghanaians appreciate Professor Elsie A. B. Effah Kaufmann as the Quiz Mistress of the popular National Science and Maths Quiz, there are other things that they love about her.

Since she took over as Quiz Mistress in 2006, Prof. Kaufmann has dazzled not only as a brilliant host, but her looks and charm have caught the eyes of many.

Her carefully selected colourful African print outfits and beautiful hairstyles has become a trademark that people love.

In addition, Prof. Kaufmann, although 53 years old, looks younger by the day, a feature that has people wondering what her secrets to that youthful glow could be.

In a recent interview on the Delay Show, Prof. Kaufmann revealed that she does not do anything extra to look young, however, the following have given her that youthful glow;

“Excellent genes, grace of God, clear conscience, because I do not wish bad on anybody so when I go to bed, I sleep peacefully,” she told Delay.

When asked if she has any special diets that she sticks to, she responded;

“I don’t even like food. If I could eat once a year I will be very happy.”
