Ghana gets its first hidden camera/prank show!

If you have  ever wondered whether a hit international TV concept like Candid Camera or even Nigeria’s own MTV Base Big Friday Show, could work in Ghana, then you would be pleasantly surprised to note that Ghana has finally arrived.  ‘Trickish!’, a comedy skit show that explores the concept of hidden camera pranks has started airing on Ghanaian television with the first episode rolling out on Viasat 1 last Saturday. What would you do if you were pulled over by the police only to find out that your car fits the description of a vehicle wanted by the police? To make it even worse you find out that the license plate of your car is not registered meaningfully! Viewers found out in a humorous way, how a young man who took his parent’s car for a spin reacted when the Trickish Squad got hold of him. ‘Trickish’ a comedy skit show that also explores several human situations and funny scenarios around a main persona playing multiple characters including a false Prophet, a hustling con artist and a self proclaimed professional, who simply can’t  help himself when it comes to farting. ‘Trickish’ will soon air on TV Stations across the country starting with Viasat 1 (Saturdays at 4.30pm) and , eTV Ghana (Wednesdays at 7:30pm). ]]>
