Ghanaian artistes refusing to collaborate with me – Lord Paper

Singer Lord Paper has revealed that Ghanaian musicians have refused to feature on his songs.
The Afrobeat artist in an interview with Showbiz stated that almost all the A list musicians he reached out to for a musical collaboration all turned him down.

According to him, one of such musicians was bold enough to tell him that he would not do it because of his pornography issues.

“I can’t understand why this is so. The songs I sent for the feature had no swear words in it. I am still shocked that Ghanaian musicians would look down on another musician. I don’t want to mention names but such moves are bad,” he said.

Lord Paper says he has no regrets for his explicit ‘Awurama’ music video

Lord Paper said although Mr Eazi was the exception and accepted his request and featured on his song titled Call On Me, he feels such behaviour will only bring the music industry backward.

“If you don’t like the Ewurama song I did which had an explicit video, at least listen to the songs I now have and decide to feature or not but to turn me down without listening to the songs is bad,” he said.

Lord Paper is currently promoting his new song ‘“Dzigbordi”. he hopes to use the song to campaign against tribalism.
