Global Media Alliance Mourns the Loss of President Mills

mills4Global Media Alliance joins Ghanaians in mourning the passing of President John Atta Mills. He was to have  transitioned yesterday Tuesday July 24, 2012, at the 37 Military Hospital after a sudden illness. The tragic news was confirmed in a statement issued yesterday by the late president’s chief of staff, Mr. John Henry Martey Newman. Expressing his sadness about the tragic event, Mr. Edward Boateng, Executive Chairman of Global Media Alliance stated, “The nation, and indeed the entire continent has lost a great leader, visionary, and achiever. It is my prayer that the late president’s passing will bring us together and provide peace and unity among Ghanaians at home and abroad.” President Mills is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ernestina Naadu Mills, and son, Sam Kofi Atta Mills.]]>
