According to reports, rapper Guru may face legal action for using the beat on his hit single “Boys Abr3 (Akayida)” which originally belongs to a Kumasi based artist Yung C now known as Akwasi Cute. Akwasi Cute who appeared on the Angel Entertainment Show over the weekend stated that although Guru had told him of his desire to use his instrumental in passing, no official communication or procedure was taken and he was shocked to hear the song was already being played even before Guru had sought his consent. Akwasi Cute who intends to take legal action against Guru explained that efforts to reach Guru to try and settle the issue amicably had been futile as Guru had barred his calls and even refused to talk to him whilst shooting the video to song in Kumasi. He admitted that Guru mentioned his name in the song, but said that was however not good enough as there had been a copyright infringement.]]>
