There is no denying the fact that Ghanaian Music dynamo, TiC formerly known as Tic Tac made huge statement in 2018, through determination and hard work.
The musician who many thought had given up, added a new vibe to his brand, to be known as TiC in February which received diverse reception from the public.
Against this backdrop, he went ahead to release Pene Mame featuring rising star KiDi and within a twinkle of an eye the song became a monster hit, topping charts.
There were others who believed it was just a fluke and a nine day wonder, which will not last.
This notwithstanding, the dynamo released a part 2 of his classic song Kwani Kwani which featured another rising star Kuame Eugene.
This time, the song spread like wildfire topping charts, receiving massive airplays, making waves at parties and on the streets of Ghana, to cement his comeback.
Many commended TiC for bridging the gap between two generations with his amazing collaborations which has became the toast of many.
He was also billed on some of the top shows and all of these shows, TiC proved his mettle with Jaw-dropping stage craft, enthusiasm, dexterity and unrelenting performance.
In most of the concerts, his introduction were laced with suspense and a lot of thrills for patrons to talk about. The young legend brought life into many shows which fans and organisers attested to.
Interestingly, he closed the year with his own concert dubbed #IamTicConcert that had most of the nations top performers at the Bukom Boxing Arena. The event brought together thousands of music lovers for an irrestible treat of music and comedy.
The event also provided a platform for a lot of upcoming artistes to test their craft and command on stage.
Clearly, TiC looked busy throughout the year and served as a source of hope for artistes he started with and young ones.
For me I describe him as the hope for future , because this would serve as motivation for young artistes that they can still have hits and be relevant after 22 years in their career, if they work hard.
From what he had done last year, it is clear that TiC will take his career to another level in 2019 to surprise Ghanaians.
