Viewers are in for a spectacular show with performances by BTS, Taylor Swift and Harry Styles, as well as Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak’s band Silk Sonic who were last-minute additions to the line-up.

Leading the pack of nominees this year is Beyoncé with nine nods, followed by Taylor Swift, Roddy Ricch and Dua Lipa with six each.

The show has been labelled as one of the most controversial occasions due to former US President Trump’s policies. These views have also paved the way for many artists, including hitmaker Macklemore, to publicly display their support for movements such as Black Lives Matter.
