This comes after KiDi became a social media sensation after walking off stage during the UCC SRC Week celebrations at Casford Field.

On Saturday night, the singer was scheduled to perform. However, as he took the stage, with students cheering him on and eagerly awaiting his performance, the microphone malfunctioned.
KiDi was seen testing the microphone several times in a viral video on Twitter, but the feedback and sound echoes from the microphone were poor, making it impossible for the musician to perform.

He eventually walked away from the stage without performing.
