Nigerian music sensation, Rema has opened up about his fitness journey and how he achieved his impressive physique.https://youtu.be/sbPHYfe0IkQ

Revealing the secret behind his well- defined six-packs, the music dynamo made known that fetching water from a well and hunger helped build his good stature.

According to the ‘ Calm down’ crooner,  he did not have the luxury of an expensive gym membership or personal trainers. Instead, starvation and hard labour someway helped him achieve that.

“I don’t go to the gym. I always had my body patterns, way back since Benin, fetching water, carrying buckets of water, you know, wheelbarrows. When I was in Ghana when I was hustling, doing hard labour. I was already getting ripped out from whatever I was doing. You know, days that I starved, my packs just came out, like (laughs),” he stated.
