I Will Train My Look-Alike If He ever pops up and Is Interested In Music – Nacee
Celebrated Ghanaian gospel musician, Nana Osei, well recognized as Nacee in the music space has asserted that, he does not mind opening his arms to his look alike if he pops up, as well as grooming him if the need be.
Speaking in an interview on Joy news recently, Nacee opined that he would not hesitate to groom his look-alike as long as he shows interest in the music fraternity.
In the words of the ‘Mpaebo’ hitmaker, “As for me, if I see my lookalike, I will invite him, give him water and everything to make him comfortable and if he happens to be a good singer and is interested in doing what I am doing, I will teach him for free.”
However, the award-winning artiste cum producer further divulged that, “I will not be happy seeing my lookalike performing my songs on patches and somebody somewhere will think that I am the one and imagine the performance does not go as it is supposed to.’’

He added that, ‘‘The insult will go like ‘w’abon’ and I can even lose business from that. I will welcome you, train you, but for you to ride on my glory, that will be so wrong. I would rather find a way and give you whatever support you need, and I expect you to also accord me with that respect.”
The last few weeks has seen lots of heated arguments as well as conversations about an ongoing look-alike craze in the country where some individuals who supposedly look like some musicians are proudly parading themselves most especially on social media.
The craze which started some time last year with Kuami Eugene, KiDi and King Promise look-alike is gradually getting some attention and has taken on a new level with these play-actors being all over the place.
