Join us for an incredible culinary journey as we bring together an exciting lineup of Ghanaian Chefs to explore the diverse tastes of Ghana’s regions. Each chef specializes in the cuisine of their particular region, showcasing the unique flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques that define Ghanaian gastronomy. From the Ayikple and Abobi Tadzi of the Volta region to the Okro Stew and Ga Kenkey of Greater Accra, and the Waakye and Tuumbani of the Upper East region, you are invited to celebrate our 67th Independence Day and the rich culinary heritage of Ghana.
