Indulge in 7-course Afro-Fusion Valentine's Day dinner at Villa Monticello



Chapter OneVilla Monticello’s signature fine dining restaurant is proud to reveal Executive ChefRuby Paintsil’s spectacular Valentine menu, showcasing her signature style of re-worked French classics with a modern African twist. “I am constantly exploring ways to incorporate locally grown produce and ingredients that are indigenous to Ghana such as plantain, coconut and cocoa in my dishes. What I love most about French cuisine is the desert. My Valentine’s Day menu ends with specialties featuring Ghanaian chocolates produced by local chocolatiers which is a perfect fusion,” shares Chef Ruby winner of the BBC’s Customer Champion Award and former Head Chef at Sanctuary SpaBBC Television Centre and Restaurant Associates, the fine dining division of the world renowned contract catering company, Compass UK. Guests will be greeted with a welcome glass of Moreson pink champagne. There is also the option to pair the 7 course dinner with wine from Barrels, VM’s exclusive wine selection from boutique South African vineyards including Ken ForresterCederbergFMC Chenin Blanc, and Stellenbosch. .
