Lasmid and Mr Drew’s withdrawal from performing in the UK raises eyebrows

Former High Spiritual label mates, Lasmid and Mr Drew broke the hearts of their fans in the UK when they announced on Thursday, July 13 that they were dropping out of performing at the annual “Ghana Party in the Park” event.

 

Both Lasmid and Mr Drew took to their Instagram stories to share the news.

“My people in the UK, I won’t be able to perform at the Ghana Party in the Park event. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Let’s do this another at a better time. Thank you for your continued support,” Lasmid wrote.

“For my lovely fans in the UK, unfortunately, I will not be attending GPITP on Saturday…hopefully we can do this at a better time,” Mr Drew also shared via his Insta Story.

Lasmid and Mr Drew were both scheduled to thrill fans at the annual event set to happen on Saturday, July 15th alongside other amazing Ghanaian artist.

The withdrawal of the two former label mates at the same time has raised some questions on social media, as some fans begin to wonder if their former boss is behind their withdrawal.

Lasmid and Mr Drew have left their former boss, Kaywa in despair following both of their exists from his label.
