Multiple award-winning Ghanaian filmmaker Leila Jewel Djansi has given insight on how she escaped rape four times before she turned eighteen.

Leila Djansi details how she escaped rape on four occasions.

Her revelation comes following Canada-based Ghanaian law student Kuukuwa Andam’s recent exposé on her rape experience with some people in authority.

According to the “Like Cotton Twines” producer, she escaped rape on four occasion; two of which involves her biological family members.

Narrating the incidence, she wrote on Facebook:
