Lifting of VGMA ban is of Advantage to VGMA- Stonebwoy

Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has stated that lifting the ban on the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) will serve as an advantage to the award scheme and not necessarily the artistes involved.
According to the Dancehall artiste in a conversation with MzGee on Showbiz927 on 3FM, even though the ban is not lifted, he’ll continue to do music for his fans and the country.
” Lifting of the ban will serve as an advantage to the award scheme and not necessarily the artistes involved because they will have some of Ghana’s top artistes to get involved in the scheme,” he told MzGee.
He further stated that, even though the ban is not lifted he will still continue to do music for Ghana, so the ban from the award scheme hasn’t had any negative effect on his career.
Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale were banned from Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) scheme last year due to insubordination during the award show last year.
