Doupboy Laska described his upcoming EP, ‘Kwashieman to Capetown’ as a mixture of dancehall and Afrobeats.
On making music in South Africa as a Ghanaian, Doupboy revealed in an Interview on Ameyaw TV that: “it’s a bit challenging because you have to get the Ghana vibe because i love Ghana vibe. before i record, i try to link with the Ghanaian stuff going on and fuse it with the dancehall but it’s a bit challenging” he said.
Doupboy Laska hopes to collaborate with Sarkodie, Shatta Wale and Kelvyn Boy.
