M.anifest to premiere video for ‘Asa’ featuring Efya on Google+ November 7

googleGhanaian rapper M.anifest will release his latest video off his critically acclaimed album “Immigrant Chronicles: Coming to America” next week. The new video which is for the song, ‘Asa’ features the ever sultry and talented Efya. M.anifest is expected to push artistic boundaries while maintaining that trademark African identity and propel the dynamic rapper further as one of the best emcees in Africa today. M.anifest has recently spilled the beans on the video release via his social networking pages. In what might be a first for any Ghanaian artist, the video will have a special online launch with a unique and highly interactive Google+ hangout for all fans of both artists. After garnering a lot of attention this year for his Channel O and 4syte TV nominated ‘makaa maka’ video, fans are eager to see what is in store for one of Ghana’s most lyrically gifted rappers.  When ameyawdebrah.com reached him M.anifest said this will be one of his most unique videos and will certainly be different from his ‘makaa maka’ video. “I am quite eager to see how this video is received since a lot of thought and thrilling collaboration went into it”, the Ghanaian rapper said. The rapper who keeps growing from strength to strength has also been recently announced as one of the performers on the grand Channel O Music Awards stage. “It is a great honor for me to first of all be nominated and being invited to perform is the icing on the cake,” said an excited M.anifest. “This year has truly been a blessing with 4syte TV’s nominations, Channel O and so on and it only gives me more vim to keep pushing and representing good Ghanaian music,” he adds.]]>
