W2Stellar Group of Companies and Pippa’s Health and Fitness Center over the weekend organized a day’s health and fitness walk session for the finalists of this year’s Miss Ghana beauty contest.

The twenty finalists were engaged in a near 6-Kilometre walk from the Ring Road branch of Pippa’s through the Oxford Street, the Danquah Circle, Police Headquarters, up to the Champs Sports Bar. Led by ‘Who Wants to be Rich’ TV quiz show host Kafui Dey, under the able supervision of walk instructors from Pippa’s and the accompanying singing of popular “jama” songs, the girls became the centre of attraction for onlookers wherever they went.

At the Champs Sports Bar, the finalists were met on arrival by the hearty and easy-going officials of the facility and minutes later, the girls were treated to a scrumptious three-course breakfast, which provided enough restoration of the energy lost through the walk. Series of photo opportunities later followed as the girls savoured every moment of the day’s event in the beautiful serene atmosphere at the Champs Sports Bar.
