Music group Wutah hits the rock again after VGMA win.

Ghanaian music duo, Wutah, comprising of Wutah Kobby and Wutah Afriyie reunited last year after a long break up and their hit song Bronya enjoyed massive airplay but it seems the glory days for the group is over yet again.

Giving a hint of a possible separation, Wutah Kobby in a new interview with Dr. Who Hot FM revealed the group had a three-year contractual agreement which ends in 2020 but problems have started coming even before the expiration of the deal.

“We reunited on a three-year contract which was expected to have expired in 2020 but currently there are issues and it is not in my place to reveal what the problems are. It is currently hanging and you can call me later for confirmation as to whether the contract is in force or not. But as it stands now the concentration is on my new song”, he revealed.

When Kobby was pressed to reveal the reason behind their current split decision, he told Dr. Who that, ”The matters are damning and I would only wait for the right time to speak about them.”

Wutah over the years has produced hit songs such as Adonko, Goosie Gander and Big Dreams which earned them an unprecedented 11 Ghana Music Awards nominations, including The Most Popular Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Artiste of the Year, Best Male Vocal Performance, Hiplife Song of the Year, among others.
