Music Video:The Clef Truants – Dro

Published

on

The Clef TruantsCheck out the new music video, ‘Dro’ from The Clef Truants, one of the coolest bands to come out of Britain in the 2010s; Cool Britannia all over again. Formed in early 2012 in West London, the Clef Truants represent nonconformity in a music scene dominated by the latest trends; this is what the band name is synonymous with – nonconformity. Led by British/Nigerian Frontman Aleco, they effortlessly blend a mix of genres, including Indie, Soul, Hip-Hop, Brit-Pop, Reggae and Ska. If you by chance happen to run into these guys in one of their regular London haunts, in Camden or Shoreditch, their motto will soon become apparent to you; Party Now, Cry Later. As these guys groove away with moves that would make Mick Jagger proud, you are guaranteed not only to have lots of fun every time they are around, but also, to leave with their songs stuck in your head. Fasten your seatbelts, as ‘Party Now, Cry Later’, is not a fancy motto for these guys, but a lifestyle.
