Ghanaian highlife legend, Kwabena Kwabena has disclosed the reason why he has been single for some time.

According to the highlife singer, this moment in his life for reorganization and preparing himself for the next relationship.

In an interview with Prime Morning on Tuesday, the musician stated that being single has allowed him to learn more about himself.

The “Aso” hitmaker claims  the decision to stay single has given him the opportunity to prepare for the relationship.

‘‘I met myself quite recently, and I’m having a moment. I’m getting to know George more, and I want to even prepare myself better for the next person I meet, because the next person is going to enjoy, she’s going to get a great version of me, she’s going to enjoy a more sophisticated Kwabena and the whole world is going to know her,” he stated.

The ‘Adult Music’ singer tied the knot for the second time to his second wife, Abena Owusuaa, in 2010.

However, the two were divorced a few years later, with allegations of infidelity leveled against him by his wife.

He has since remained single, although he has been rumoured to be romantically involved with Media Personality and his former manager, Freda Adunyame and actress, Priscilla Opoku Agyemang popularly known as Ahoufe Patri.

Kwabena Kwabena released his sixth studio album, ‘Fa Me Saa’ in November 2022 and has announced a pre-valentine show.

The show dubbed ‘Love Night’ will happen at the National Theatre on February 11, 2023.
