WATCH: Kumawood actress and producer, Naana Brown hosts a lavish naming ceremony for son

Actress and producer Naana Brown, on August 14 christened her baby boy, Bryan Nana Kofi Acheampong Jnr.

The lavish ceremony held at the Maglab Hotel in Hong Kong, Lapaz was star-studded with many musicians, actors, politicians and media personalities passing through.

Among the guests were Rachel Appoh, Christina Awuni, Nii Adjetey, Grace Asantewa, Ohemaa Woye Supa, Diamond Appiah, among others.

There were also performances from a list of Ghanaian gospel stars including Celina Boateng, DSP Kofi Sarpong, Obaapa Christie, Erico, Orphelia Serwaa, Martin Hayford, Bernice Ansah, Mary Owusu, among others

Naana Brown is a graduate of Trans-African College. She started as a makeup artist for Abdul Salaam Mumini’s movies in Accra until she got a contract and moved to Kumasi. She later started acting and met her movie producer, director, actor and radio presenter-husband.

Naana Adwoa is married to Nana Acheampong, popularly known as Santiago.They have three children, two boys and a girl. Naana has been in many movies. She has also produced movies and TV series such as ‘Akrobeto Amani Hunu’, ‘Saman Abufuo’, ‘Adwaman Kesei’, ‘True Colours’ etc.
