 Odile is a hugely talented and all round superstar personality, actress, radio host, TV personality, model, live events MC, fashion journalist and dancer in addition to a former Miss World finalist, representing her home country of Namibia. `In addition to full- service talent management, the deal also includes a content development deal with its groundbreaking broadcast and multi-platform content companies ‘Rockstar Television’ and ‘Rockstar Radio’.

Born and bred in Windhoek Namibia, with a passion for the entertainment industry, Odile continues to make her mark. With a degree in Fashion Design from Elizabeth Galloway Fashion Academy and qualifications in Journalism from UNISA, she also has a passion for dance and is qualified Ballet Dancer.

In 2010 she was crowned Miss Namibia which contributed to her skills of modelling, presenting, commercials and motivational speaking.
Odile Gertze has since been working as an actress, professional dancer, MC, radio presenter, TV presenter and model. Acting, as her main passion, began in 2013 with short films such as Gutter Culture and the Namibian Award Winning ‘Coming Home’.

Nominated for Best Actress in Film at the 2014 Namibian Film and Theatre Awards, Odile has also enjoyed a successful dancing career, particularly with the widely popular African Ballet Titled ‘Anima’. In January 2015, the highly anticipated Namibian Feature Film, Katutura made its successful debut in local cinemas.

That following year, Katutura had its international debut, screening at the 2016 Annual Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles. And in 2017, Katutura enjoyed more success by being nominated 7 times at the 4th Namibian Film and Theatre Awards 2017 with Odile sharing the honour of being nominated and winning the Best Female Actor in her role as Esme in Katutura.


Other nominations include Favourite Female Actress for the Simply You Lifestyle Awards both in 2017 and 2018 Award Ceremonies.Odile has recently enjoyed the stage in productions such as ‘All the Girls in Their Sunday Dresses’ and ‘Thinning Lines’. Odile also worked as a News Journalist for Radiowave and currently works as a freelance journalist and as Brand Ambassador for Gondwana Collection.


In 2018 Odile became one of the official main show hosts of the coveted Namibian Annual Music Awards as on-stage presenter for the main awards ceremony and global cable and satellite television broadcast to an audience across 400 million viewers in over 75 countries.Odile has a new short film, titled ‘Encore’ by Senga Brockerhoff, set to premiere early 2019 at various film festivals.


Tsunami MGMT is the 1st global, Pan African full-service talent management powerhouse or ‘super management company’, and the only with Pan African on the ground presence and reach in all countries across the African continent, in addition to a global network representing the best of Africa across Africa and the rest of the world.
