Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has called on President Nana Akufo Addo to open Ghana’s borders to help Ghanaian citizens outside the country come home.

The ‘BLACK LOVE’ rapper in a Twitter post lauded the President for his management of Ghana’s COVID-19 situation.

Sarkodie further extended a call for Akufo Addo to intervene and help bring home Ghanaians like Pappy Kojo who are stuck in other countries.

Ghana’s air, sea and land borders were closed on Sunday, March 22, 2020 following an order by President Akufo-Addo as part of efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

Addressing the nation in a televised broadcast yesterday, the President said the country’s borders will remain closed for two more weeks.

I will pay anything to get Pappy Kojo back home- Sarkodie
