Over the weekend, rapper, Kwaw Kese released his latest album, ‘Forever; with a number of activities including a listening session on Friday and an album signing at the West Hills Mall on Saturday. He remembered his late manager, Fennec Okyere who was murdered by unknown assailants 2 years ago.

On Friday he told industry stakeholders who attended his album listening session for his upcoming Foreveralbum at the Class Room Lounge at East Legon, Accra, that Fennec contributed immensely to the success of the new album but he unfortunately didn’t live to see it.
The rapper spoke remarkably well about Fennec’s attitude towards hard work and said he remembers every moment he spent with him in the studio, describing those times as real moments he won’t forget.
The album listening ceremony was to allow industry stakeholders, special guests and the inky fraternity to listen to the songs on the album before it is finally released.
Kwaw also seized the opportunity to explain some of the circumstances that led to the production of the songs on the album.
Also he used the platform to urge his followers to stay away from narcotics drugs and preferably drink water more often simply because that is healthy. “Stay off drugs and drink more water,” he advised.
Among personalities who attended the ceremony were Hammer of the Last Two fame and actress Lydia Forson. Kwaw Kese announced earlier this week that he was dedicating the album to the memory of Fennec Okyere who was murdered in March 2014.
The album will be unveiled at an autograph signing event at the West Hills Mall at Weija on Saturday March 12 2006. It will be Kwaw’s 6th studio album but his first since Fennec’s demise.
