Photos: Okyeame Kwame signs partnership with Empire Entertainment
Award winning Ghanaian rapper Okyeame Kwame and his One Mic Entertainment label has signed a one year partnership deal with entertainment powerhouse, Empire Entertainment, which was unveiled at the Excel Lounge on Thursday. Whiles One Mic Entertainment has consistently delivered great music and built a strong image for Okyeame Kwame; Empire Entertainment has also become one of the major forces in advertising, events, artiste management and marketing in the entertainment industry with an extensive client list of both corporate and entertainment outfits. The company has spinned off viable events that have grown into strong brands on their own including Ghana Meets Naija, the Champagne Party and a host of others. According to both parties, the partnership will focus on growing the Okyeame Kwame brand, making it even more marketable, as well as building his public relations clout and other important areas of his career. This would include collaborations with top African artists, pr and lobbying for international gigs, endorsements and the creation of a fashion line ranging from boxers (Impressions) and lingerie(Expressions) to shoes (in collaboration which Horseman Shoes). The partnership has already been endorsed by Ghanaian ICT Company, Rlg, which sponsored the outdooring event alongside Barcadi. ]]>
