Media reports indicate that former First Lady Theresa Kufuor is dead.

Mrs Kufuor, nee Mensah, is reported to have passed away on Sunday, October 1.

She served as the First Lady of Ghana from January 7, 2001 to January 6, 2009.

She assumed the role after her husband succeeded Jerry John Rawlings as the President of the Republic of Ghana.

While serving as First Lady, Madam Theresa set up the Mother to Child Community Development Foundation to help in the proper development of children and prevent mother-to-child transmission of diseases.

Prophet Atarah earlier in the year released ‘Adom Nyame’ and is preparing to release a new project.

Controversial Gospel Musician legendary Nicholas Omane Acheampong,on Sunday live on Onua Showtime with Nana Ama McBrown commended the goods works and positive impart of many Gospel Musicians in the country.

He shared some challenges he passed through in his music career,he leaving to abroad to seek Greener Pastures to aid him in his Music Career.

“My journey in the Gospel Industry has has never been easy at all.I came to meet the lives of Taggoe Sisters, Daughters of Glorious Jesus and Yaw Sarpong and many others,but seriously Yaw Sarpong needs to be celebrated in a grand style” he added.

He later added that,this year marks his 20th year in the industry and for that he is celebrating with his new album dubbed THROUGH PASS which is coming off on the 8th of October 2023.
