Princess Shyngle loses father

Popular Gambian actress, Princess Shyngle has lost her father.

The sad demise of Mr Winston Shyngle happened on August August 15, 2022.

Princess Shyngle shared the news via her Insta Story stating that she had spoken to her dad just 10 hours before his demise.

“Whoever told me I was going to be planning my dad’s funeral less than 10 hours after saying good night to him, I’ll just say naaa nothing like that will ever happen to me because God loves me too much to make me go through such pain,” she wrote.

Princess Shyngle has always had a soft spot for her dad. On Father’s Day, 2020, Princess Shyngle shared photos of her and her father with a sweet message to celebrate him.

“Happy Father’s Day to my Dad , my first love, my mentor, my role model, my inspiration and my happiness. Thanks for being the best dad in the world , thanks always being there for me, thanks for giving me the best childhood ever, thanks for never judging me and always believing in me, I love you dad,” she wrote.

Before his demise, Mr Shyngle acted as a Deputy Mayor of Banjul City Council in The Gambia in the year 2008.
