197595 171568296223547 171466352900408 334611 8139274 nSince the news that US rapper, Fabolous would be performing live in Ghana hit the waves, there has been a lot of excitement, doubts and debate within the Ghanaian hip hop community and the artist’s local fan base. The rapper’s West African debut has created a global buzz, with bloggers, social networks and several media platforms, both home and abroad, heavily feeding on the exciting news. There is more news this week as a name and date for the concert has been released.

The ‘233 Connect Concert’ will see Fabolous performing at the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre on April 23 (Easter Saturday). The organizers, a new production outfit dedicated to improving standards in the African entertainment industry have said, given the positive responses so far, they are anticipating a highly successful show.

The 233 Connect musical show, already being tagged as ‘the concert of a lifetime’, according to the organizers, would start a revolution of fresh, international artistes frequenting Ghana, to provide rich entertainment. Fabolous will be performing with some of the finest talents from Nigeria and Ghana as supporting acts.
