Reynolds The Gentleman presents a Virtual Concert dubbed “Cupid Live”

Reynolds The Gentleman is an international R&B singer-songwriter, composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist and Film Sound producer from Ghana.

Reynolds was born on November 5, 1988, at Abetifi Kwahu, Ghana. He completed Mfantsipim School in 2006 and studied Film Sound Design at NAFTI, graduating in 2017.

He took part in two different musical TV reality shows in Ghana: the maiden edition of GANGSTARZ in 2008 and the fifth season of Stars of The Future.

Ever since he started producing, he has overseen the production of many singles and projects. He has produced for and collaborated with Ghanaian artists like M.anifest, Adomaa, EFYA, Worlasi, Yung Pabi, Wan-O, Kati G and the FRA! Band.

Production credits include “Love” by Efya; “See Her Again” by Robin-Huws; “Me Ne Woaa” by M.anifest ft King Promise; and 6 of the 7 tracks on Part 1 of the 2018 “AdomaaVsAdomaa” EP.

As a singer, in 2017, Reynolds released his debut project “The Magic In The Ordinary”, a 14-track project spanning diverse genres, from R&B to Highlife. Artists featured on the project include M.anifest, EFYA, Kyekyeku, Six Strings, Worlasi, Cina Soul, the FRA! Band, Ko-Jo Cue, Yung Pabi, Haywaya, Poetra Asantewa and Dzyadzorm.

In 2018, he was featured on hit tracks such as “Na You” by Kati G, “Ni Ife Mi” by Adomaa and “Who You Know” by Yung Pabi, the latter two which he also produced. On November 5, he released a groovy self-produced single called “Sa Ma Me”.

Some of his hit productions and songs making rounds on the Ghanaian airwaves, streaming services, and social media include (but are not limited to) –  “Me Ne Woaa” by M.anifest ft King Promise, “Ayekoo” by Medikal ft King Promise and “Love” by Efya.

Reynolds The Gentleman or “Rey” as his fans affectionately call him, released his 2nd studio album “BitterSweet” on September 20th. A 10 track album  which sought to foster conversations surrounding love as experienced by the typical Ghanaian person and its roller-coaster nature. “We also want to give Ghanaians and lovers of Ghanaian music a fresh wave of songs to jam their love troubles away to!” – This, as explained by “Rey” in putting this album together.

I have carefully, together with great artistes, musicians, writers, engineers and my team, pieced together this 12 track beauty of an album….; explained by Reynolds in anticipation of his third Studio album called “Mr Cupid”. This album of his is preceded by a Virtual Concert dubbed “Cupid Live” is a Ticketed Virtual Concert, and a one of kind experience, that will make you want to fall in love, and if you are in love it will make you want to fall in love all over again.
