RODNEY MCLEOD, Unstoppable Superbowl Champion turned CEO of Fashion Brand, entitled ‘Back of House’

Rodney Mcleod is a Super Bowl Champion who currently holds the title of team captain of the Eagles secondary and finished as the 9th overall coverage safety in the NFL last season. Rodney credits his family’s sacrifice and hard work as the motivating factors that led him to receive a full scholarship to the University of Virginia to play football.

Alongside his stellar football career, Rodney has also launched a non-profit charity, CHANGE OUR FUTURE, which is an initiative founded by Rodney and his wife, Erika McLeod, to build a brighter future and a better tomorrow by supporting the education, empowerment, and development of today’s youth leaders.

As an athlete, Rod understands the job is temporary. Rodney quickly made room for a second career venture in fashion. He is now the Founder & CEO of a men’s clothing brand that will be launching in the coming months entitled, “Back of House.” The streetwear brand originated in Rod’s hometown Washington, DC. Back of House serves as a daily reminder that with every opportunity you are afforded, to never forget the importance of the process.
