Ronaldo celebrates scoring in 5 world championships; says he never dreamt of such achievement

Celebrated soccer player, Christiano Ronaldo has expressed his joy and pride over scoring in five World Championships.

The former Manchester United Striker scored for his home team, Portugal in their first game against the Black Stars of Ghana in the ongoing FIFA 2022 World Cup.

The penalty against Ghana was the Portuguese’ eighth goal in the tournament’s history.

Ronaldo scored after converting his penalty against Ghana in the 65th minute of the game.

Although there are so many controversies surrounding the goal, the FIFA 2017 World Best Player has taken to social media to express his joy in achieving this feat.

“Scoring in 5 World Cups is achieving a feat I would never dare dream of, but it is also proof that nothing is impossible. The pride I feel in representing Portugal is only comparable to the joy I feel in every goal I score for my country, translated into victories dedicated to our people. Let’s go! This is just getting started!” he shared on Facebook.
